Ytd CYA duty was ok. (: But the going-into-transit-part is totally irritating!!
Why did they change the system! Argh!
firstly at the police pass office they couldn't detect ALL MY FINGERPRINTS.
LOL ALL.
I stood there and tried like 20 mins?!
then after that they help me moisten up my fingers by using wet tissues then finally can.
so later when going in transit I tried and obviously, I cant go in!!
the machine cant detect my fingers AGAIN! LOL!
i was again stuck and then the officer had to jux let me in by the gate.
when duty ended i was AGAIN TRAPPED THERE.
lol!!
okay they said my fingers were too soft. like what?!
and my friends say that I dont do housework thats why.
hahaha i do ok!! like sweeping the floor. seriously.

ARGH can they change back to the keying-in-pins system!

I got in OTC(Orientation Training Camp) hehehe!!

Ok together with Em and Shi Hua!!(classmates and closer friends!) （：
Shi hua's name damn funny placed in btw of the marketing course ppl so she ytd night smsed me that she didnt get in. LOL. she didnt see her name at HTM there.
Just now I helped her check and yeah, she's in!
(we both were kind of high at the interview, so yup!!)
Anw the results came out ytd evening.
FYI, Shi Hua and I were the very FIRST TWO for the interview.
LOL.
Guess we did leave a very deep impression for John! (:
Ok John is actually my cousin(Jeslyn)'s best friend. LOL he got quite a shock when I told them I saw him visiting my grandma at my grandma's funeral.

Yilin tortured me today morning. as in EALY MORNING.
I called her at 12.30am to comfirm something and then ended up talking..

Ok firstly I went early in the morning today to donate blood and then the person there told me that sat appointments are a lot and I didnt book an appt so its better that i come again next week :( or else have to wait for like hours?
There's another reason lah but aiyahhhhh.
So sad!
I finally got this feeling of rejection of not being able to donate blood..
LOL. ( I can ok! )
so yeah i went home cuz i cant afford to wait for hours, Im having CYA duty ltr! :D
but anyway anyway lots of ppl made appt doesnt mean they CAN donate right...
Cant they just let me first since I can hahahaha.
Okok cant blame people.
Blame me for not listening to dad. He asked me to book an appt before coming but I didnt =X
Hahaha next time its better to listen to dad!
Oh and I've donated blood twice only so far. Its so pathetic. I better make it a point to donate every 3 mths. (you can only donate once every three months.)
The next time i go donate, yl is soooooooooo coming with me :D

Lessons start at 2pm today so I have some time now to blog! :D

I finally went to enrol for my driving test this morning! (:
Daddy and mummy are at the airport now though. they brought me to enrol this morning before their flight.
yes, play golf agin.
Ok anyway yeah there's so many procedures.
i have ppl looking at me cuz i look young lah hahah :D
ok i didnt know that u can take the basic theory test and practise driving at the same time!
so yup i booked my driving lessons time during my dec holiday.
anyway there're two types of packages.
one is private another is school.
Private is u have to go out find ur own instructor ( not at the school )
school is u take the test all that in the school (:
school is more expensive btw =X
and on top of that, there's this ' One Team" package whereby u're attached to 3-4 instructers and they are responsible for ur learning and all.
Its better cuz normally people come learn driving, they change 8-9 instructors everytime. Like there's no fixed instructor for you.
so yeah 3-4 means that they'll concentrate on you! ok, me! :D
The price is steeper too of course with the package =X
I better pass everything once!! I can!! :D
Ok anw FYI, if i pass everything at the once try, the total cost of learning how to drive would be MINIMUM 1k.
so yuppppppp.
and today my parents say everything on me is money again. Hahah.
i feel so guilty.
but yeah lah, driving mah! I have to learn in sooner or later!
and my parents are the ones pushing me to learn driving. Not me! (:
Ok lah i wanna learn driving too. Next time i can drive to school and show off to that skinny bamboo.

I keep forgetting to blog abt my first Changi Youth Ambassador duty last sat! 1st Nov :D
Shinn has been waiting for this post right? Hahahaha..

Ok duty was 6-10pM!
totally fun.
Im located at transit area counter west! =)
Intially for the first half an hr or 1 hr it was so scary hahaha cuz I totally dunno what questions the passengers will ask!
but then after that slowly I know roughly what questions they'll ask and then I my confidence slowly built up. Hahahha (:
I like to approach passengers after that! It feels so good and nice helping ang mohs and all.
LOL.
Ok since Im at the west counter, its near the transit C whereby its the Qantas, British Airways etc planes. Hahaha.
so most of the questions they ask when they're out are,

"may I know where's the Qantas Lounge?"
"Where's the smoking area?"
"Where's the prayer's room?"
"where's Mont Blanc?"

Hahaha yup!
and some funny incidents I encountered were,
1. a young american girl lost her mum,
2. indian guy lost his wife,
3. american young guys lost their friends.

LOL.
damn funny?!!!!
Lost wife was the funniest.
I wanted to laugh at the person when I heard that but noooo didnt laugh hahaha! =D
Laughed with weiling after that person found his wife.
hahaha.
Oh and yes good thing was I and weiling is going to be at the same counter for the entire month!
The west counter is the busiest, thus its the only counter whereby there's two CYA there! :D
which is me and weiling. Hehehehee.

Ok other 'going the extra mile' actions I did was helping passengers take trolleys and escorting passengers to the smoking area(I didnt went in of course!).

Ok I think thats all about my first duty!(:
my group was the first CYA group to be on duty!!

Parents strongly encourage me to go..
and I think its a good experience!
Previously the reason holding me back for not going is becuz I dont know anyone lah!!

and also not everyone gets to go for the camp. So yes. Donors only! =D
well if my dear friends all decided to go donate blood I will be MORE THAN HAPPY.

If you are aged 16 to 25 and share the passion of spreading the message of giving blood to your peers, YOU are just the person we are looking for!

Join us for our annual training workshop & camp and become a full-fledged youth ambassador for the national blood programme. The theme for this year's camp is Fusion - people of different backgrounds, from different places coming together with energy

This year, youths from the region will be coming to Singapore to share their experiences and strategies in implementing a successful youth blood program in their own country.

Date: 18 December 2008 ~ 22 December 2008, Thursday to Monday
Time: 8.30 pm
Venue: Red Cross Campsite @ 62 Jalan Khairrudin, Singapore 457524
Registration Fee: S$20 per participant
Transport will be provided to the campsite

1 NOV 2008! =)

Ok yesterday was Halloween!! TP had a celebration though. I didnt wanna go and so did my friends hehehhe. Stacy went for her sch's cleebration though! She dressed as a witch and she actually had those robe and the witch hat! plus, the wand that im holding. It has light too when u press a button! =D Thats me playing with it hahahhaha..

Oh and have I told you that besides golf balls, caps and watches, my dad also collects pens?! I didnt know until he brought back a 10k pen the day before yesterday. Ok yes, 10k. I reaction was 'OOOOOOhhhhhhhhhhhh ok dad~~~'

Come, I show u guys with pictures! He brought home his most expensive pens yesterday. My sisters and I were amazedd haahhhhaa. My parents said, these pens will belong to whoever who is the 'most guai' in future. hahahah! ME ME ME of course! :D

Ok it says 'Qing Dynasty Limited Edition 2007' on the box. Haha yes, the pen's a Qing Dynasty pen. My dad said that he has been looking for this pen for 3 years hahahaha and he is sohappy to have it now. and notice, the pen's MONT BLANC. LOL. Ok so this is the 10k pen. with dragon designs on it.
I wanted to open the pen myself but dad scared this and that. LOL.

Ok presenting to you another qing dynasty pen. This one's worth 16k~
See the dragon's eye in red? and the dragon's biting a pearl in its mouth. The red thing is a ruby. They are all real though. (:

Daddy says its an investment. I told him, these pens can feed dont know how many people hahahaha.. Oh well~ My dad has many hobbies! (: I'm just glad to have a father like him =)
